Ocufii does NOT:

User-Controlled Location Sharing (Opt-In Only)

Location sharing is entirely controlled by the user:

  • Users must explicitly grant location permissions through their device

  • Users may disable location access at any time

When Location Data is Shared

Location data is shared only under the following conditions:

1. Emergency Alert Activation

When a user initiates a safety alert:

  • The user’s location is shared with selected Safety Network Members and Recipients
  • Location updates may be transmitted approximately every 10 seconds during an active alert

2. Emergency Services / Professional Monitoring (Optional)

If enabled by the user:

  • Location may be shared with emergency dispatch or monitoring providers
  • This feature is optional and requires user activation

3. Wellness Check Requests (Optional Feature)

If enabled:

  • Safety Network Members may request the user’s location
  • Location is shared only when permissions and prior consent have been granted

Who Receives Location Data

Location data may be shared only with:

  • User-selected Safety Network Members and Recipients
  • Emergency or monitoring service providers, if enabled

Our Commitment Regarding Location Data

Ocufii will never:

  • Sell or monetize location data
  • Share location data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Collect location data without user action and consent

SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Ocufii may disclose personal information only under the following circumstances:
